The second of 5 starting flights in the partypoker LIVE MILLIONS Online event was held last night on partypoker.com and with 484 entries joining the tourney, the total number of buy-ins has now reached 2,058 – more than half of the number required to hit the massive $20M Guarantee in the tournament!

Pundits and commentators have been impressed with the player numbers so far, which looks to be on track to match and surpass the huge guarantee. The tournament is already the largest in partypoker history and one of the largest in online poker history overall!

The chip leader to the end of Day 1B was Argentinian “patrondelmal” (21,904,963 chips), and there are two Canadians in the top 10, Troy “good player” Quenneville (15,442,304 chips) and Shyam “S_dot111” Srinivasan (13,678,675 chips). There are several other players we have gotten to know here at Playground that were able to make their way through Day 1B as well: partypoker Pro Sam Trickett (5,576,388 chips), MILLIONS North America 2018 SHR Champ Christopher “Ad_Finem” Kruk (7,432,053 chips), and Thomas “tomcemm” Cemm (4,057,554 chips), among others.

Overall, 73 players managed to navigate through Day 1B to secure their spot in Day 2 of the event – with the Day 1A qualifiers, there are now 303 players set to take the restart on December 4 at 2:00pm.

There’s a lot of action left to go before Day 2, however. There’s a full schedule of satellites starting at as little as $0.01, with feeders available for $1.10, $5.50, $22, $109, and $530, each of which features an ambitious guarantee or even a built-in overlay! Day 1C is the next starting flight on the schedule, and it’s set to get underway on Sunday December 2 at 2:00pm. Day 1D follows on Monday December 3 at 2:00pm and the Turbo Day 1E will begin at 7:00am on Tuesday December 4.
