A Five-day Power Weekend

The September Power Weekend will be held from September 26 to September 30. Eight exciting events and a WPT Montreal Main Event satellite are on the schedule, totalling over $190,000 in guaranteed prize pools! The variety of tournament formats provided by the mini-series offers something for everyone.

The Playground 200 returns with its usual format which features four live starting flights as well as an online starting flight on partypoker and a $100,000 prize pool guarantee.

Our Pot Limit Omaha players are taken care of with a bounty tournament that allows unlimited re-entries. Combining 4-card poker with bounty action has always been a success, because bringing two good things together can’t be bad!

The Women’s Event will deliver a fun-filled evening of deepstack poker with a $4,000 prize pool guarantee – for ladies only!

The Tag Team event returns with a guaranteed prize pool of $20,000. This event does not come around very often, but it is always tremendously popular so expect the tournament hall to be buzzing with exciting action. Make sure to pick your partner carefully and register early!

The Power Weekend closes with the first WPT Montreal Main Event Satellite with 10 seats guaranteed. It’s no secret that early satellites usually provide added value so don’t miss this opportunity to qualify for the $3,000,000 guaranteed event.

Proof of vaccination required in Kahnawake

As of Wednesday, September 1, 2021, ′Proof of Vaccination′ (′Vaccine Passport′) will be required for all guests entering the Playground Complex, including The Rail Coal Fire Bistro. This decision was made by the Public Safety Commission of Kahnawake and the MCK and applies to all non-essential businesses within the community of Kahnawake. Over the course of the last week, Playground implemented a series of measures to support the effort to combat the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), which culminated in a complete closure on Friday night at 11:59pm.
