The field is now down to 8 tables and 48 players. Bust outs are occurring at a steady pace and the pink bounty chips are flying. At $100 a pop, these chips hold tremendous value for the players, and they are pulling out all the stops to snag as many as they can.
The balance of power seems to be shifting, and we look forward to assessing who the leaders are at the next break.

During the break, we headed for the felts, to bring forth the first leaderboard of the evening. With the average hovering at 34,000, only the players with stacks above 80,000 made the cut.
Of the 123 players still in the tournament, five players have enough chips in front of them to make the list. Domenico Agatiello leads the way with 99,200 chips. He is followed closely by Nicola Martella and Douglas James, both of them above 90,000 chips.
The late registration period is now closed. There were 170 entries in total and we will post the prize pool as soon as it is announced.

Players have until 9:15pm to jump in and join the fun. There are presently 136 entries, and players are still coming in. The $20,000 guaranteed prize pool will be surpassed and this will lead to some interesting prizes indeed.
The fourth level is just around the corner and players seem to be enjoying themselves. With $100 going into their pocket for each elimination, things are sure to heat up as the evening unfolds.

Cards are in the air for Event #10: $100 + $20 +$100 6-Max 50/50 Bounty Tournament. Players always enjoy the 50/50 Bounty is sure to be huge fun tonight. This tournament will wrap up this May’s Playground Power Weekend. So far there’s been a lot of action in this Power Weekend, so expect things to heat up fast and strong tonight.
Players start with 25,000 tournament chips, and shall receive a $100 bounty chip for each player they eliminate. The blinds will start at 25/50 and increase every 20 minutes. Play will be 6-handed throughout and there will be a full seating redraw prior to the beginning of the final table, when seven players remain. This is a freezout tournament, which means re-buys and re-entries are not permitted.
There is a $20,000 guaranteed prize pool, and late registrations are possible until the beginning of level 7, around 9:15pm. So there is plenty of time to get in on the action tonight.
