The World Cup of Cards rolls on this afternoon with the $150 + $15 Seniors’ Event. This single-day tournament is reserved for players who are at least 50 years young and guarantees a prize pool of $10,000. But with over 100 players registered before the start of play, the prize pool has already grown far larger than the guarantee. 

Players will start with 25,000 in chips to play through as many 20-minute levels as needed to determine a winner. Play will be 10-handed but move to 9-handed as soon as possible. 

The Seniors’ Event is a re-entry event with unlimited re-entries permitted during the late registration period. The late registration and re-entry period will end at the beginning of level 7 at 2:15pm.
