The $1,000 + $100 WSOP-C Playground Main Event boasts a $2,000,000 guaranteed prize pool, and it starts online this Sunday, August 18, at 4:00pm!

In order to provide greater flexibility for players, Days 1 and 2 of the Main Event can now be played in a combined flight on partypoker.

While Playground will host Day 1s and Day 2s as normal, this innovation from partypoker will allow online players to advance through a single flight that will combine Days 1 and 2 so players that qualify can arrive at Playground for Day 3 with a min-cash already secured.

Thanks to the series of $100 + $9 satellites running this week, there will be at least 75 qualifiers in the field when the action kicks off on Sunday.

Players will start with 50,000 in chips to play through as many 20-minute levels as it takes to reach the money in the Online Day 1 & 2. The action will begin ten-handed and move to nine-handed play as soon as possible. As with all live starting flights, players are permitted one entry and one re-entry. Should they fall short or want to build a bigger stack, those who play the online Day 1 & 2 can enter a live Day 2 flight before the end of the thirteenth level of play so that their largest stack will move on to Day 3. Only one stack can advance to Day 3, however, players will retain the associated cash prize for any forfeited stacks.
