The action at the WSOP-C Playground continues this week with Event #4, the $5,000 + $300 Super High Roller. With such a substantial buy-in, this event is not for the faint of heart. The caliber of play is also likely to be quite high. That said, with a guaranteed $250,000 prize pool and a relatively small group of participants, this could be your opportunity to put your name on the poker map and bag a nice prize in the process.
Today’s Super High Roller event will start players off with 250,000 chips and the blinds will begin at 500/1,000. This is an 8-handed tournament, and players will make their way through eight 45-minute levels before bagging their chips until tomorrow, Day 2. There, play will resume at 1:00pm and continue until there is a winner.
This is also an extended unlimited re-entry event, one that expands into Day 2. This means that players will be able to enter (or re-enter) until the beginning of level 13 on Day 2, which should occur at 4:30pm.
Players have already taken their seats and begun play. Good luck to all the participants!
